This story would not have turned out the way that it did without the assistance, guidance and support of many individuals both near and far. Friends and family welcomed and embraced the idea and message of how Red Socks Go WIth Absolutely Anything when I first approached them to be a part of a red socks campaign. Red Socks Go With Absolutely Anything is DARLA WOODLEY’s first book. Darla is a self-proclaimed shutterbug, with her camera never far from arm’s reach and a goal of capturing the many activities of her two boys, she is always on the lookout for how to capture magical moments. Many of these special moments are recorded in this book. She lives in Edmonton, Alberta.

EVAN MUNDAY is the author and illustrator of the Silver Birch-nominated series of books for young readers, The Dead Kid Detective Agency. He’s also the illustrator of the novel Stripmalling, written by Jon Paul Fiorentino (ECW 2009), and Natalie Zina Walschots’s DOOM: Love Poems for Supervillains (Insomniac 2012). The second book in the Dead Kid Detective Agency series, Dial M for Morna, was published by ECW Press in Fall 2013. He lives in Toronto.
Laura Pastore is an assistant editor at ECW Press, based in Toronto, Canada. She is currently working towards her master of publishing degree from Simon Fraser University.
